Donate new clothing and sleepwear for the West Central Georgia Mental Health patients. Checks should be made payable to "WCGRH" with "Mayor's Motorcade" on the memo line. Contributions are received at Plains City Hall during regular business hours and at the Plains Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade on November 29. Thank you.
